Senior citizen having BP and diabetes (male 70yrs) is suffering from left frozen shoulder. Is the injunction advisable ? As it gives lot of pain for a long time. Pl advise.

I have heel pain in right leg. MRI report finding states that there is mild thickening of the proximal plantar fascia near calcaneal insertion with increased signal intensity on STIR and PD with peri facial edema suggestive of plantar fascitis. No obvious spur is seen from the inferior surface of the calcaneum. I have taken treatment from a reputed orthopedic doctor for last 2 months including physiotherapy, ultra sound therapy & tense machine. I have always been using well cushioned shoes throughout the day and cushioned slippers within the house. Also i have been regularly doing recommended exercises twice a day coupled with inermittently keeping the heel on ice block for 15 mins. I am wearing ankle protectors too since last 2 months. However there's absolutely no relief from heel pain while walking. Dr. had ruled out surgery. Uric acid test had confirmed that my parameter is well below the limit. What's the next line of available treatment?. Kindly advise.

I am 76 yrs. old senior citizen. I have a long history of back pain for 45 yrs - sometimes. I take rest and its gets well. 1-1/2 months I slipped and fell in the bathroom landing on buttocks and got severe pain. Orthopedician gave pain killer and after 5 days use got severe Diorrhea. Dr. changed another pain killer after 5 days got black stool - blood hemorrhage. Did not go to Dr. Stopped medicine and also blood thinner Acitrom 3mg and Ecosprin 75/20AV blood thinner medicine and problem solved. But have jamming pain in the lower spine / pelvic area. Should I start physiotherapy exercise or wait till pain stops which may be long way off. Also give me physiotherapy procedure. Thank You.

My right shoulder was in pain from last two months. Got a MRI after consulting Dr. The MRI observation said Diffuse Marrow oedema. Dr has suggested some pain killers and a mild steroid . I am not satisfied plz suggest.

Dear Sir, Madam, I am 44 living with my wife ,12 year daughter and father aged 76 years. For past 1 year my father's health has deteriorated a lot due to Parkinson, autoimmune disorder causing jelly in peritoni. I have been continuously taking treatment for him but not helping in any cure nor any reduction in his symptoms. I am unable to see his poor health conditions and various pian he goes through and none treatment is working for him. Due to this I am feeling very low, depressed and highly inactive in life. It has affected my social life and to some extent my office work as well. I don't get calm sleep and wakeup after 2-3 hours sleep and then my whole day goes very drowsy. Pls advice how I should handle this situation and make myself active for doing all responsible work.

Is there any way to reduce the endometrium thickness. Is 9mm thickness is dangerous?. Please guide. Thanks.
